No more boring, safe questions.
Good morning ladies,
As per my last two days of Substack writing pieces, you can probably feel the change in energy, stripping back and expressing my heart in a new, deeper and open way.
I have taken my heart to the questionnaire I send to new clients in my clarity mentoring conversations. I am done asking the boring safe questions, I want to know the heart of my clients, I want them to feel tension and a shift of energy in comfort.
I am not afraid to experiment and be curious with how I shape and create my business. I explore and be curious with business as a creative practice. The more I am myself, show my heart, be an example; the more impact, community and collaboration I can build in my business, the more healing I receive and the more trust I build in myself and remember what I am in this life for. I am shifting focus from fearing and stressing about making my targets on my financial spreadsheet. My strategy is creating curiosity, conversation, pushing way into uncomfortable territory for me and observing the impact that has. I trust that money and clients will come, if people feel connected to the medicine, they feel I offer the money will always be found to pay me for my heart and conversations in business. I can tell many stories about me “finding” the money so I can work with, learn from or be around women I want as mentors, teaches, coaches, photographers.
I would love for you to use the below questionnaire to you absolute advantage.
If you feel you want to share your answers with me, I will send you my Calendly link to book in for a free clarity mentoring conversation.
How are you creating your business questionnaire.
Thank you for answering this questionnaire, below are some questions, meant to stir up curiosity, creativity. The questions are written and asked of you to make you feel uncomfortable, to make your mind shift in how you think of the creation of your business.
Business is collaboration and community; we are not in business alone; however, women have a tendency to feel lonely in business. I would like to introduce you to the thought; business is a community and collaboration that you have created space for, it is an opportunity to gather people into your community; peers, mentors, coaches, teachers, friends, and clients. These people are interested in what you offer, they add to choices you make, they allow you to create a business with thoughts, ideas, knowledge, wisdom, concepts, and money influenced by their contribution. They are paying attention to what you are creating, and creating a ripple effect of your creation by celebrating you.
Business can be thought of as a masculine energy, it can feel like a hunting expedition – getting clients, capture leads, continually reaching higher and higher.
As a woman in photography business you are creating art from deep in your heart, creating business gives you an experience in exploring the depth of your heart work, to know deeply what you want, to know and stand by your values, standards, to understand WHY you are trying to fit your heart and souls work into the “box” of a commercial venture and how you can play with that box, stretch its boundaries, experiment, and create YOUR version of business. Creating a business gathers and works with a woman’s creativity, curiosity, a woman’s innate quality of building community. Business is an opportunity in expanding and deepening into collaborations with other women to create impact for all with business being created in a sustainable way for women as mothers, creatives and businesswomen.

When engaging in creating business, do you ever think - How is business as a practice enriching my creativity, art, heart, community?
